If you don’t have the rim DLC you can replace the wheels with whatever you want.
If you cannot get into the car (because window collisions are weird), use the Garage door to drive it
Driving of course is a pain, it is on vintage tires, weighs nothing and has a decent amount of power, put slicks on it if you actually want to drive it.
